Dermatology is a fantastic specialty for so many different reasons! My favorite part however, is getting to meet the diverse and wonderful group of people who live here in Bozeman, MT. Getting to know my patients over the years since opening my first office in May of 2009 has been my joy and privilege. The people in our community are truly unique, and I am proud to serve you. We have a wonderful team of people at Big Sky Dermatology designed to meet any dermatologic needs, including general dermatology issues like rashes or routine skin exams where our focus is on the earliest detection of skin cancers; skilled surgical management including Mohs surgery and excisions, and many Cosmetic options. I enjoy being involved in the creativity of selecting an approach to someone’s care that embodies the medical diagnosis, treatments available and every person’s unique needs and desires. For example, a skin cancer can involve Mohs surgery for complete margin control of a tumor and then the planning of a closure that will allow for the best surgical outcome for that person’s unique anatomy. Additionally, a person may need a more thorough workup or complete explanation of their diagnosis and treatment options in order to create a plan that will work for them. Aesthetics are very important, and we work hard to tailor our treatment plans taking into account any medical dermatologic needs while creating a personalized plan for whatever a person’s aesthetic goals might be. We all endeavor to give our patients an experience where they feel cared for, listened to and treated with respect. As a Montana native, I am so thrilled to be part of the Bozeman community. I couldn’t ask for a better location to raise my two daughters. When I’m not at the office, you might see us out and about in town, or on a bike ride, hiking, goofing off with the dog or just hanging out at home.

Bobbi Neuman, PA-C

Bobbi is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in dermatology. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical School, where she received her master’s in physician assistant studies. Bobbi has received training in all areas of dermatology. She has special interests in general dermatology as well as aesthetics, particularly injectable treatments. She brings a blend of skill, experience, artistry, and caring to both her clinic and aesthetic practice. Bobbi frequently attends national and local programs in both general and cosmetic dermatology to ensure she provides the most current, innovative treatments techniques in the field.

She works together with the providers at Big Sky Dermatology to provide comprehensive patient-centered care. Bobbi is grateful to be in Montana and enjoys providing care to the people of the greater Gallatin Valley. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors floating the rivers, mountain biking, trail running, skiing, and camping with family and friends.

Max Murray, FNP-C

Max is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified in dermatology.  He has specialized in dermatology for the past 20 years.  He enjoys getting to know his patients and in developing a treatment plan that meets their needs.  When not at the practice, he can be found white water kayaking, rock climbing, playing mandolin, reading, and spending time with his family.

Mara Limoncelli, PA-C

Mara Limoncelli graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 2010 with a combined Bachelors/Masters in Physician Assistant studies. She began her career working in urgent care but has specialized in dermatology over the last six years practicing in Portland, Oregon. Mara is board certified member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and an affiliate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She and her husband relocated to Bozeman in 2022 and love to spend their time trail running, fishing and camping with their border collie.

Melissa Shepherd, NP

Melissa is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended Emory University in Atlanta Georgia where she earned her master's degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience in family practice and pediatrics and has a special interest in dermatology and aesthetics. Melissa is excited to join our team as our newest injector. She loves living in Bozeman with her husband, two daughters and 3 dogs. In her free time, Melissa enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends hiking, skiing, and playing with her french bulldogs and labrador. When at home, you can often find Melissa reading, doing yoga, or working out.

Brittani Currier

Brittani Currier is a certified dermatology technician and certified laser technician. She has an extensive background in medical, surgical and medical aesthetics over the last 10 years. She is passionate about providing the most comprehensive treatment experience for each individual patient needs. She has distinguished strengths in enhancing patients’ personal appearances using the latest technology and best services here at Big Sky Dermatology. She believes the aesthetics industry offers an on-going learning experience and keeping up with available knowledge is key to offering her patient’s the best treatment options for their individual needs. She is a highly accomplished laser technician with proven ability to optimize aesthetics services, skin care products and cosmetic procedures. She is passionate about product training and development for patients and team members to ensure proper usage.

Brittani was born and raised here in Bozeman, MT. She was excited to return to the area in 2015 receiving the opportunity to work with the team here at Big Sky Dermatology. In her free time she loves to spend her time outside enjoying the beautiful Montana mountains with her two dogs, Cujo and Ghost.
